The St Vincent de Paul Society is running their annual Christmas Appeal through November in 3 main areas listed below.
From next weekend we will put out baskets for donations for the hampers. We are looking for festive foods such as hams, cakes, puddings and other staples that will allow the families to have a lovely Christmas dinner which the
y otherwise could not afford. Donations for the hampers will finish at the Sunday evening Mass of November 29th to be packed in early December for distribution.
To make Christmas bright, we will also be hanging cards on the Parish Christmas tree for gift and toy donations. These donations also need to be finalised by November 29.
Finally, we will be running an envelope and bucket collection at Masses on the weekend of 21-22 November for financial contributions.
