As we head into the colder months, spare a thought for those in our community who are struggling to keep warm and put food on the table. It’s a sad reality that many older women are at risk of homelessness, with their numbers increasing by 37% over the past decade.

That’s why the St Vincent de Paul Society NSW has launched its annual Vinnies Winter Appeal, with a focus on supporting these vulnerable individuals. The funds raised will provide assistance with food, clothing, household bills, and specialist homelessness services. It will also support people in need to find and maintain secure housing.

We know that times are tough, but if you are in a position to help, please give generously. Every donation makes a difference and can help alleviate the pressure that so many people are facing in their daily lives.

Let’s come together as a community to support those who need it most during this challenging time.

Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
